Happy walk.

Es en estos días de calor cuando más echo de menos esos largos paseos cubiertos de barro. Estoy seguro que Came también echa de menos a su querida Prudence y espero que pronto pueda conocer a sus dos cachorros Lily & Mouse.

These hot summery days make me miss those long mud covered walks. I am sure Came also misses his sweetheart Prudence and I hope that he can meet his two little pups, Lily and Mouse, soon.

Swing.

Me gusta el frío en días soleados y, si además me dices de salir a caminar por la montaña no puedo pedir nada más. Bueno si puedo, encontrarme un columpio en medio de ninguna parte. Es la ocasión perfecta para apartar las preocupaciones a un lado y disfrutar de estos pequeños momentos que, sin duda, recordaremos a nuestro regreso.

I love the cold on sunny days and, if you tell me to go out for a walk in the hills I can't really ask for much else. Well actually I can, finding my self on a swing in the middle of no where. Its the perfect opportunity to put aside all of your worries and enjoy those small moments, that, without a doubt, we will remember upon our return.

Crossing.

Son muchas horas en la carretera. Francia es un país enorme, y te das cuenta cuanto más tiempo pasas dentro del coche. Aún así nos merece la pena. Alcanzar el puerto de Calais y subirnos a bordo del ferry que nos lleva a Inglaterra es la recompensa a un largo viaje. Es el momento de relajarse y tomar un café contemplando como te alejas de un país y empiezas a vislumbrar los acantilados de Dover, señal inequívoca que has llegado a tu destino.

There are so many hours are spent on the road. France is such an enormous country, something you realise when you in the car for hours and hours. Its worth it though. Reaching the port of Calais and boarding the ferry that took us across the channel really compensates the long journey. It's the moment to relax and have a cup of coffee whilst getting further and further away from one country whilst you start to catch a glimpse of the White Cliffs of Dover, an unmistakable sign that you have arrived at your destination.

Memories.

No siempre es bueno mirar atrás, pero existen excepciones. Me encanta cuando aparecen por sorpresa esas imagenes que ya no recordabas del último viaje. Quedarte con la sensación extraña de estar fuera de lugar cuando estas en casa.

Its not always best to look back, however there are always exceptions. I love it when surprises pop up, in this case with these images that you forgot about from your last trip away. Leaving you with that strange feeling of being away from a place that is home. Home away from home.

No me chilles que no te veo.

No soy persona de mucha conversación. Me gusta abstraerme y observar lo que otras personas tienen que decir, pese a que el mensaje no sea instantáneo sino perpetuado en una pared. Este arte no siempre es entendido, a veces incluso ignorado pero creo que se dialoga mejor con muchas paredes que con algunas personas.

I am not a person of much conversation. I like to detach my self to see what other people have to say, even though the message is not instantaneous but perpetuated on a wall. This art is not always understood, sometimes even ignored. I think there is a better dialogue with many walls than between some people.
